A brief survey of molecular electronic devices

  • 摘要: 文章综述了作为硅半导体CMOS器件的下一代电子学器件——分子电子学器件的研究进展.介绍了分子电子学器件的原理,分子电子学器件的理论与实验分歧的解决情况,分子电子学器件涉及的诸多量子力学效应,以及在分子晶体管研究上实验和理论的最新成果.

     

    Abstract: A brief review is presented of the development of molecular electronic devices, the next-generation devices after silicon CMOS. We describe the basic principles, the elucidation of discrepancies between theoretical and experimental results, the underlying quantum mechanics phenomena, and recent theoretical and experimental advances in the area of molecular transistors.
