微流体芯片中的癌症生物物理研究

Cancer biophysics research in microfluidic landscapes

  • 摘要: 文章从生物物理的新角度出发,介绍了如何利用微流体技术研究癌症的一系列重大问题,其中包括:构建三维微型结构体,用于在体外模拟和研究肿瘤细胞侵袭组织的细胞生物行为;开发新型微流体芯片,以检测血液中循环肿瘤细胞,并分析将其应用于临床中的可能性。文章还展望了飞秒激光三维直写技术构建肿瘤细胞转移模型的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: From a biophysics viewpoint we describe our efforts in constructing a series of microfluidic biochips for studying the collective invasive behavior of cancer cells in 3-D structures.Our work includes the detection of circulating tumor cells in blood with microfluidic technology.We also discuss the promising future of femtosecond laser direct-writing technology in constructing and studying cancer metastasis in vitro.
